Renuka Shankar
Founder - CEO
Renuka founded AverQ with a vision towards delivering high-value integrated audit solutions to companies to reduce their audit risk and improve their efficiencies. Previously, she was the cofounder, Vice President of Engineering at Certus Software Inc., where she delivered market-leading GRC solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to Certus, she was part of the early team at Rightworks, through its $1B valuation and subsequent merger with i2 Inc.
At Rightworks she led product development, technical partnerships and custom technical services for both B2B on demand marketplaces and enterprise clients. Her early career was in applied research in Human Computer Interactions at NASA Ames Center, where she assisted with technology transfer programs to leading Aerospace companies. She has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and B.E. from Anna University, India.
Stephanie Woodruff
Chief Revenue Officer
Stephanie is leading sales and consulting services at AverQ. With her 20+ years of audit and consulting experience, she also drives the thought-leadership activities at AverQ. Previously, Stephanie was Executive Vice President at Accretive Solutions, Inc., where she headed up their Enterprise Governance Practice. Prior to Accretive, she was Vice President of Business Consulting at Certus Software, Inc., a leading provider of corporate governance and compliance software.
Prior to joining Certus, she was Global Managing Director at Resources Connection, Inc., $1B market cap company, where she successfully launched and was responsible for all aspects of their internal audit and risk management subsidiary, Resources Audit Solutions, LLC. Earlier, she served as a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche and a worldwide audit manager at Cargill, Inc. While at Cargill, she spearheaded the early electronic audit workpaper initiative, leading to a successful rollout of a global automated audit package. Currently, Stephanie advises Gerson Lehrman’s mutual and hedge fund clients on the Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance market outlook. She is actively involved in The Institute of Internal Auditors and has been a Board of Governor for the Twin Cities Chapter. Stephanie holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Drake University.
Court Rejman
EVP Business Development
Court is leading our business development and marketing groups at AverQ. With his 20+ years of software sales and field operations experience, he will assist in driving AverQ's corporate strategy and thought-leadership activities. Previously, Court was Vice President & General Manager for Yantra Corporation (a Sterling Commerce Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T), where he headed up Sales, Service & Field Marketing prior to the acquisition by AT&T. Before Yantra, he lead sales at Rightworks Corporation, the market-leader in eProcurement and B2B Marketplace software, through its $1B valuation and subsequent merger with i2 Inc. Rejman has been instrumental in generating revenue-building customer relationships, and growing start-up sales teams for a multitude of successful growth-stage companies, including Yantra, Rightworks and i2 Technologies.
