Once you register for the product, then an AverQ Relationship Director will contact you to schedule your Kick-Off Meeting, which is a 2 hour meeting conducted via the web.


Stage I: Kick-Off within 48 hours of registration. Agenda includes:

  • Understand roles and responsibilities
  • Establish communication (support) logistics
  • Review and discuss set-up, content, data, training, integration, and configuration services
  • Discuss timelines and required actions
  • High level training in order to get started
  • Discuss other items as needed, etc.

Stage II: Feedback Period one week after the Kick-Off Meeting. Your Relationship Director will discuss how you would like to start using AverQ, and what additional services are needed. For instance, you may require some Content Migration Services to help you populate the system with:

  • Prior Audits
  • Current Process & Internal Control Documentation
  • Prior Control Tests
  • Other Supporting Documentation

Stage III: Value-Based TouchPoint Monitoring weekly (or as needed) touchpoints after the Feedback Period. Your Relationship Director will work with you and discuss:

  • Usage & Metrics
  • Whats Working, What Needs to be Done Yet
  • Best Practices from Other Customers
  • Any Other Items that Need Attention
