Roy Maynard

Partner - Burr, Pilger & Mayer LLP

Over 25 years of successful hands-on management in finance, operations, and public accounting. Extensive experience in information technology services, domestic and international accounting, auditing, and sales. Spent 11 years managing the San Jose Information Technology Audit Services Practice at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, providing professional services primarily to technology companies. Worked as principal, vice president of finance, and CFO at various Silicon Valley start-ups. BS/Business Administration/Accounting and Computer Science at California State University, Chico, CA. Activities: Chairperson - SOX Special Interest Group (SIG), Leading Edge Alliance. Past Board Member - EventSource.

Marjorie L. Bailey

Principal in Charge, San Francisco Stonefield Josephson, Inc.

Marjorie Bailey is the Principal in Charge of the San Francisco and Silicon Valley Offices for Stonefield Josephson, Inc. She is a CPA, Principal and business advisor, and works with private and public SEC reporting clients. She has more than two decades of professional experience. Marjorie brings extensive experience servicing many of the firm's publicly held clients. She has held Chief Financial Officer positions at public and private companies which provide her with added insight into both operations and filing requirements from the company's perspective. Also, she is an adjunct instructor in Managerial and Cost Accounting at Dominican University. Marjorie has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from San Jose State University. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the League of Women Voters of San Francisco, which she co-chair of the nominating committee and was the past president and past treasure.

Jeff Chalmers

Controller - SourceForge

Jeff has been the Corporate Controller at SourceForge since December 2005. Prior to that, he was the Corporate Controller of LogicVision, Inc., a provider of solutions for designing semiconductor chips, the Director of Finance at Digital Fountain, Inc., a developer of data communication technology and Senior Director of Finance at Sequence Design, Inc., a developer of electronic design automation tools for semiconductor chips. Jeff started his career at PwC, most recently Senior Manager in the San Jose technology practice.

Uma Venkatesh

Senior Director, Creative Labs, Inc.

Uma Venkatesh is the Senior Director of Business Planning and Channel Marketing for Creative Labs Inc., where she is in charge of revenue planning, forecasting and all financial planning and analysis worldwide. She is the primary liason for the external auditors with regards to business trends and outlook for Creative. Creative is the worldwide leader in digital entertainment products for the personal computer(PC) and the Internet. She holds a M.B.A in Finance and Marketing and B.S. in Accounting.
